* I always use Ion Keratin smooth shampoo and Keratin conditioner masque. Which can be purchaseD at your local Sally’s or online.
* You can use any shampoo and conditioner as long as it sulfate free parben free I’ve been i using Ion products for two years and my hair gets better with every wash.!
* Wash the hair in a downward motion using cool water.DO NOT scrub the hair while shampooing it!When washing the hair keep it in the rubber band and only squeeze water from hair in a downward motion.Use a wide tooth comb to gently comb from the tips of the hair up to the wefts while still wet.NEVER comb or brush dry curly or wavy hair!You should only wash your hair every 2 weeks using the same downward motion as you did with the co-washing
* .We recommend that you allow your hair to air dry! Or you can blow dry.
* This process extends the longevity of your extensions.To control frizz I recommend Ogx products dry oil weightless sprays or oils
* .When curling or flat ironing your virgin hair ensure that your stylist only uses Titanium or Ceramic heating tools! This is a must!Excessive heat on Virgin hair will cause dryness, heat damage and or breakage.For beautiful curls or waves without applying excessive heat, use flexi rods, or hair rollers.Curly and Wavy hair can be Straighten with the proper tools and techniques! It is recommended that you have a licensed stylist help you to achieve these styles.To maintain your hair while sleeping it is recommended that you wrap it for straight styles at night and place a hair net to cover it. As A stylist I don’t recommend satin or silk bonnets because they come off and also can make you sweat and eventually. Your hair will become oily ..

All orders received before 1:00pm are expected to be processed the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected on the order form.

Requests must be made within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase. Any exchange request after 10 calendar days will not be honored.
